Cancellation/No-Show/Lockout

Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please try to do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

No-shows and lockouts are subject to being invoiced 100% of the service cost. You will be unable to rebook until payment is made.

Payment

Payment is due in Full, Via Interact E-transfer, within 24 hours of your invoice being received. Failure to do so will result in the inability to rebook until payment is made.

Deposits

Full payment is required before you will receive an Interiorscape rendering.

If you opt for Leaf it to Me’s Interiorscape Installation service, a 50% deposit of your total quote is required before any materials will be purchased. At this point no further changes may be made to your design.

Plant Care

At Leaf it to Me, we are committed to maintaining healthy and vibrant plants. However, it is important to recognize that plant care is not an exact science. While we follow industry best practices and provide diligent care, plant health can be influenced by various factors, including environmental conditions, species-specific needs, and natural growth cycles.

We take a proactive approach to monitoring and maintaining plants, adjusting care as needed based on observed conditions. Despite our best efforts, occasional plant replacements or adjustments may be necessary to ensure the overall health and aesthetic of our spaces.
